Q: I'm already a member of SPCHNA but I can't remember my password. What do I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link in the top right corner. Enter your email address and you'll receive instructions on how to reset your password. (For more information, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Password+recovery.)

Q: My email address has changed since the last time I logged in and I can't remember my password.

If your email address has changed, AND you no longer have access to receive email on that account, please contact the SPCHNA administrator, who will manually update your email. Once that is done, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link in the top right corner. (For more information, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Password+recovery.)

Q: How do I join SPCHNA as a new member?

Simply complete the online Membership Application form. You can pay via Paypal or select "Manual" payment to send a check. Your payment status will be marked as Pending until the administrator confirms it. Q: How do I renew my membership?

Log into the web site, click the View Profile link and then click the "Renew Until..." button under Membership Details. If you can't remember your password, see above. (For more information, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Member+-+renew+or+change+level.)

Q: How should a member register for an event?

Log in, go to the Events page, click the event and select the Register button. (If you are not logged in and you are using the email associated with your account, you will be prompted for a password.) You can pay via Paypal or select "Manual" payment to send a check. Your payment status will be marked as Pending until the administrator confirms it.

Q: How should a non-member register for an event?

If you have previously registered with www.SPCHNA.org as a guest, log in, go to the Events page, click the event and select the Register button.

If you have never registered, simply go to the Events page, select the event, click the Register button and follow the instructions. You can pay via Paypal or select "Manual" payment to send a check.

Q: How do I get a receipt?

Receipts/invoices are automatically sent via email for every membership or event payment. If you need a copy, please contact the SPCHNA administrator.

Q: I'm having trouble printing a page or receipt, what do I do?

If you are using the Print icon to print, a pop-up blocker may prevent the print window from opening. Try disabling your pop-up blocker for www.spchna.org and try again. Or you can also right-click on the page and select "Print."
